Filler that stimulates cell activity for elements of intercellular substance and synthesis to strengthen, compact and restore skin filling.

Components: What is PLA?

PLA (polyactic acid, polylactide) thermoplastic, aliphatic polymer.

In the polymerization process, polylactide is converted to Poly L-lactide (PLLA) and Poly D-lactide (PDLA). The chemical and physical properties of PLLA and PLDA differ slightly. Medical devices with biodegradable PLA dissolve in the body and are removed from it after performing their function.

PDLLA (poly-DL-lactide) consists of two optical monomers L-lactide and D-lactide with almost similar chemical and physical properties.

  • Optical isomers (mirror isomers)
  • Isomers are a form of molecules that are mirror reflections of each other, not combined in space, have similar molecular formulas, but different spatial orientation of atoms
  • Monomers are a low molecular weight substance that forms a polymer in the polymerization reaction. Also links (structural units) in polymeric molecules

What is the difference between PDLLA and PLLA?

The main component of AestheFill is polylactic
acid PDLLA (Poly-D, L-Lactic Acid). Thanks to
the new improved formula:

  • Quick suspension recovery without flakes and sediment, just 30 minutes before injection.
  • A high degree of safety and reliability, confirmed by clinical trials and certificates.
  • Prolonged action due to longer stay in tissues.

Effect

  • Skin compaction
  • Stimulation of cells to synthesize collagen and other substances of the intercellular matrix
  • Preservation of natural volume, fullness of the skin

Advanced training

  • Cosmetologists
  • Dermatovenereologists
  • Gynecologists
